About Me
What draws me to this work is something quite simple: I genuinely care about people. Long before I understood the science behind it, I was the person friends turned to when life felt overwhelming. That instinct eventually led me to study Psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main, where I earned my Diploma in Psychology in 2012. Those years shaped not only my clinical knowledge but also my belief that real change happens when someone truly feels heard.
Alongside my psychology studies, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Linguistics (completed in 2014) because I was fascinated by how the words we use shape the way we experience the world. In 2017, I earned my licence as a Psychological Psychotherapist with a specialisation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), having completed my postgraduate training at the Gesellschaft fuer Ausbildung in Psychotherapie in Frankfurt. During that same period, I spent time at the University Hospital Frankfurt -- working across the departments of high-risk pregnancy, delivery, and neonatal intensive care. Supporting women and families through such vulnerable moments left a lasting mark on my professional identity and the way I practise today.
Since 2017, I have been an active member of the Frankfurt Interdisciplinary Case-Based Fertility Training Group. Collaborating with fellow specialists keeps my approach sharp and grounded in the latest evidence.

Sally Schulze is a qualified psychologist and cognitive behavioural therapist, entrepreneur, and podcaster.
My curiosity has always extended beyond the counselling room. Between 2018 and 2020, I brought psychological insight into the corporate world through solution-focused brief counselling at INSITE, helping teams and leaders navigate pressure, conflict, and growth. Today, I continue to provide ongoing support to a start-up that has grown to nearly 1,000 employees and generates close to 1 billion euros in annual revenue since its founding just over 10 years ago.
In 2020, I became a Certified Fertility Counsellor (BKiD) and launched MentalStark -- a project born from my deep commitment to supporting couples on the path to parenthood. Although my private practice focuses on psychological counselling rather than traditional psychotherapy, the work I do in women's health remains central to who I am. If you would like to find out more about that side of my practice, please visit MentalStark.
