Cancellation Policy

The client has the right to cancel the booking of scheduled appointments that have already been paid for in advance, within fourteen days and without stating any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date of payment. To exercise your right of cancellation, please send an email to sally@sallyschulze.de. Alternatively, you may exercise your right of cancellation by sending a clear, informal written declaration by post to:

In this case, the date of the postmark shall be decisive for compliance with the 14-day cancellation period.

Consequences of Cancellation:

Upon cancellation of bookings already paid for, Ms Schulze will refund all payments made by the client that have not yet been used. Only payments for counselling sessions not yet provided will be refunded. Services already used within the cancellation period cannot be refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction. Any transaction costs incurred shall be borne by the client.
