Grief and hope can exist in the same breath. You might feel angry one day, numb the next, and cautiously optimistic the day after. All of that is part of the process, and none of it is wrong. In our sessions, you have full permission to feel whatever comes up without having to edit or minimize it.

I am Sally Schulze, a Qualified Psychologist who has spent years working with individuals and couples facing some of life's most emotionally demanding experiences. Fertility is an area I feel strongly about because the emotional toll is so often overlooked -- by the medical system, by society, and sometimes by the people going through it themselves.
I bring warmth, professional rigour, and a genuine belief that your emotional wellbeing deserves just as much care as your physical health during this time.

Please note that none of my counseling includes clinical diagnoses, it is not a substitute for therapy or claiming to be therapy. I am trained in Germany, my regulatory oversight is located in Germany and according to German regulation treatment requires face-to-face meetings in a physical location as well as a clinical diagnosis.
