Good to Know
- All prices exclude VAT when billed to a person or corporation in Germany. Outside of Germany Reverse Charge VAT applies.
- Payment is required via bank transfer in advance.
- Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase, except 10-session packages are valid for 12 months.
- For appointments after 5pm or weekends the same rates apply.
Common Questions About Fees
Will my health insurance cover these sessions?
Most likely not, as what I offer is counseling and coaching and not therapy. Also, because it is an incredible amount of administrative overhead I do not offer direct insurance billing. If you live in Germany and are looking for psychotherapy covered by your statutory health insurance, please refer to the search function of the Kassenärtzliche Vereinigung of your state (Bundesland). For Hessen, for example that’s www.kv-hessen.de.
How much time do I have to use a package?
You can use the 5-session package during a period of 6 months and the 10-session package for 12 months.
How do I pay for my sessions?
Payment is via bank transfer in advance. If you live abroad there are numerous options like Revolut that allow transfers at no cost.
What happens if I need to cancel a session?
I currently offer free re-scheduling. However, if this is overused across my whole business, I may not be able to afford this business practice. In this case I will notify all my clients and I will return to a 24h cancellation policy.
Why are the prices different across categories?
As I offer WhatsApp support between sessions, I get twice the number of questions from couples than from single people. And couples’ sessions have to be re-scheduled if one person gets sick.
