Psychological counselling is a private-pay service. Statutory health insurance (gesetzliche Krankenversicherung) does not typically reimburse these costs. That said, certain private health insurance plans or supplementary policies may offer partial coverage. It is worth contacting your insurer beforehand to clarify your options.

Every package remains valid for 6 months after purchase. You are free to spread your sessions out across that period in whatever way suits your schedule best.

Payment is made via bank transfer. Once you book an appointment, you will receive an invoice by email containing all the necessary payment details.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session incur no charge. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of 75% of the session price will apply. Exceptions are made in the case of verified serious emergencies.
